  Went in a couple nights ago, ordered 3x meals including sauces at the kiosks but when picking the food up no sauce was given and was made to pay for mayo etc. More bothered about charging customers 40p for dips and standing around talking than cleaning the customer area down. Not a single table didn’t have food waste on, staff were looking at it and ignoring it?

  Considering this is a brand new site you wouldn’t have thought so. On entering the place was filthy, tables full of waste as well as the floor, bins overflowing and very little space to eat in. On top of that the food was cold and the soft drinks were flat. Such a shame as I prefer BK over other fast food joints but this one will not be getting a second visit I’m afraid

  Excellent new Burger King location! The restaurant layout is modern, spacious, and very well planned. We’re really happy to finally have a Burger King closer to us, so we decided to stop by for lunch today. While we were about to order at the kiosk, a kind gentleman wearing glasses and a hat (we assumed he was the manager or supervisor) let us know there was a free Whopper promotion today. We ordered two meal sets and received two free Whoppers as well — such a lovely surprise! The location is excellent, especially considering there has only been one Burger King in town near Piccadilly before this opening. The service was superb — the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean. Definitely a great addition to the area!
